Recognized with large experience in Italian and Spanish law. Enrolled in the Salerno Bar, admitted legal aid in front of the Court of Cassation.
He carries out legal activities mainly in the field of civil law, domestic and international commercial law, debt collection abroad, international child abduction.
He has been appointed to the profession in Madrid for several years, gained experience in sponsorship before the European Court of Human Rights, he has previously dealt with controversies at the Kazakhstan Courts. He is a member of the International Union of Lawyers.
He tackles issues of international politics, law and economics on the online blog of Il Fatto Quotidiano, collaborates with the digital magazine “Contexto y Acción”.
